Tour summary: Blue Mosque, Topkapı Palace, Süleymaniye Mosque.

Your private licensed tour guide will meet you at your hotel, airport or cruise ship and accompany you to the most prominent Ottoman monuments of Istanbul. 

We will first visit Blue Mosque, which is named so because of its gorgeous interior decoration made of İznik tiles. Next, we will visit Topkapi Palace Complex.  This medieval palace from where the vast Ottoman Empire was ruled for centuries is now one of the world’s richest museums.
From Topkapı Palace we will drive to Suleymaniye Mosque Complex, which dominates one of the hills overlooking Golden Horn Bay and the Sea of Marmara. The construction of the complex that housed theology school, arms-houses, infirmaries, a medical school, Turkish baths, schools of Tradition, a hospital, cells and shops was begun in 1550 by the architect Sinan and completed in 1557.
