Please read this information carefully, as payment of a deposit represents your acceptance of the following Terms and Conditions.

Registration and Payment
A deposit of 25% of the Moneta Travel package rate confirms your reservation. Payment must reach our account within a week after the reservation is made. Payment terms may be different for group, private yacht rental and cabin charter requests. Information will be given according to the chosen program proposal.

Payment may be made by wire (we will provide our bank details upon reservation)

The balance of your invoice is due 90 days prior to the tour date. If you make your reservation after the final payment date, payment in full will be required upon reservation.

 

Pricing
Custom Tour prices include all features and services as outlined in your final personalized quotation.

 

Gratuities
Tour prices include gratuities for dining at included meals, hotel porters on our tours when accompanied by a Moneta Travel representative or guide.
Gratuities are not included on “on your own” transfers or extensions. Please note that gratuities for tour guide(s), the driver(s) and yacht crew are not included. These tips are optional and should be extended on a voluntary basis.

 

Not Included in Your Tour Price
Airfare to Turkey, costs of passports and visas, personal expenses such as beverages, laundry, room service and meals not specified, excess baggage fees, communication charges, airport, port, and departure taxes, gratuities to  Moneta Travel tour guide(s), driver(s) and yacht crew which is at your discretion, optional sightseeing or shore excursions, airport porterage, and travel insurance. We strongly recommend that you protect yourself and your investment in case you have to cancel or interrupt your vacation.

 

Single Travelers
Moneta Travel welcome single travelers, the cost for accommodations occupied by one person is higher than that shared by two people. Single passengers, who wish to have an accommodation for themselves, must pay a single supplement which will be indicated in the proposal.

 

Travel Insurance/Travel Protection Plan
Travelers are strongly recommended to obtain a comprehensive travel protection plan. This plan covers trip cancellation or interruption, medical expense / emergency assistance, lost baggage / travel documents, and trip delay.

 

Changes to Your Reservation
Please note that changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. If you change the date of your tour, and subsequently cancel, cancellation penalties will be based upon your original tour departure date. Similarly, if you change your reservation from double occupancy to single occupancy, you will be charged the single supplement.

 

Refunds & Cancellations
If you must cancel your trip, the effective date of cancellation will be upon our receipt of your notification. If you need to cancel for any reason prior to tour departure, the cancellation fees will be as follows:

 

 

Cancellation terms may be different for yacht, cabin charter and group request.

It is strongly advised to purchase a Travel Insurance which will cover cancellation penalties in case of illness or other unexpected reasons.
Please note that we will not refund the cost of any unused portion of your tour package. If for any reason Moneta Travel cancels your tour, you will receive a complete refund of all payments you have made to us.

 

Travelers Needing Special Assistance
The pace of our tours varies, but in general they require participants to be in good physical health. Moneta Travel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the special needs of tour participants. At the time you book your tour, please inform us of any physical disabilities or limitations you may have so that we can help you determine the appropriateness of the tour. If such limitations cause you to require more than minor support, we ask that you plan to travel with a companion who will be responsible for providing that support.

 

Responsibility
Moneta Travel is owned by Svntur Turizm Nakliyat İnşaat Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Company. The liability of Moneta Travel-Svntur Turizm Nakliyat İnşaat Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret Co.- is limited. Moneta Travel is a member of Turkish Travel Agency Union with a Licence A - 5926. In no event will Moneta Travel be liable for amounts in excess of the amounts payable to it in accordance with the terms here under, nor will it be liable for any consequential indirect or incidental damages arising from this agreement. Moneta Travel purchases transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurant and other services from independent suppliers not under our control. We serve only as agents for these suppliers in securing tour arrangements, and therefore will not accept responsibility and liability for wrongful, negligent, or arbitrary acts or omissions of these independent contractors, their employees, agents, servants or representatives.
Moneta Travel is not liable for injury, damage, loss, accident or delay that may be caused by events not within our control, including without limitation, acts of terrorism, war, strikes, the defect of any vehicle, or the negligence or default of any third party. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the air carriers, cruise lines, and other independent suppliers. The passage contract in use by third parties, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between such third party and the purchaser of the tour.
Moneta Travel reserves the right to correct errors in program pricing. We reserve the right to cancel an advertised tour, decline to accept a reservation or remove a person from a tour if it is determined by our tour guide to be in the best interests of the health, safety and general well - being of the other travelers. We will make every effort to operate our tours as planned, but we reserve the right to make itinerary changes if necessary.
If unforeseen circumstances require us to change a hotel we will select alternative accommodations of the same or better quality. Yacht charter itineraries may change due to factors such as government regulations, water levels or weather conditions.

The foregoing terms and conditions and all aspects of the relationship between Moneta Travel and the customer shall be governed by the Turkish laws for TURSAB (Union of Turkish Travel Agencies) and by the courts in Istanbul.
